Music legend Mark Knopfler explores the North East connections with America's famous Mason-Dixon line

This ten minute film could easily have made a full length doc!
Mark readily agreed to front this film as he had a personal interest in the Mason-Dixon line. He even agreed to do a special recording of the Dire Straits classic "Sailing to Philadelphia" for the film.
Everything filmed in the US was self shot by me as a single camera operator.
There was a lot to squeeze into under 10 mins so it's a whirlwind journey through UK /USA history.
